As managing director, Peter oversees corporate development and decision making at Agem.

Peter has more than 10-years experience in supplying capital market strategies and corporate advisory for transnational growth companies and investment firms, including IPOs on a MiFID-compliant Multilateral Trading Facility in the City of London for 3 years. Prior to his tenure at Agem, Peter advised on real estate transactions of institutional asset owners and leading property investment funds in Central East Europe as well as on UHNWI portfolios in the UK.

During the 2008 - 2009 financial crisis Peter was often asked for funding advice by his UHNWI clients regarding the clients' core business interests in different industry sectors which were affected by increased capital calls from banks and growing corporate finance issues.

It was this momentum that inspired Peter to found the Agem Group in 2010 with like-minded professionals who had extensive experience advising UHNW business owners, providing value creating capital market management consultancy solutions for globally aspiring growth companies and investment firms.
