IAN MACKRELL

Ian has more than 40 years’ experience in senior roles across Credit Risk, Management, Offshore, and Investment functions at major financial institutions in the UK and overseas, including the former American Express Bank for 10+ years, which at the time focused on private banking, trade finance and international wealth-related services for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients in the UK. Since leaving banking, Ian has continued to advise and assist a number of clients throughout the world in raising finance for major projects and private capital funds in different asset classes and sectors. Currently at the helm of a leading investment management platform in Guernsey, Ian adds value for private clients of Agem Capital Group by providing various de-risking solutions derived from the private banking and wealth insurance markets designed to mitigate transaction risks in project financing.

PETER SOLYMAR

Peter is the Founder and CEO of Agem Capital Group, responsible for the day-to-day operations of the firm.

With 15 years of experience in supplying capital market strategies, transaction structuring and corporate management advisory to international growth companies and globally aspiring investment firms, including IPOs on a MiFID-compliant Multilateral Trading Facility in the City of London for 3 years, Peter has developed our institutional fund placement service line for alternative investment fund managers into a successful global operation since 2015. Peter's extensive global network of institutional private wealth allocator LPs benefit emerging GPs in the venture capital, private equity, hedge fund, as well as crypto fund universes alike.

Prior to his tenure at Agem, Peter advised on real estate transactions of institutional asset owners and leading property investment funds in Central East Europe as well as on UHNWI portfolios in the UK.




STEVE CSIKOS

Associate. Steve advises our SME clients on IPO options in North American markets and more recently regarding liquidity alternatives available by borderless blockchain finance solutions in the regulated crypto investment hubs of the Emirates.

Prior to joining Agem Capital, Steve has had over 10 years experience working in strategic roles with several leading Manhattan-based investment banking and underwriting firms in New York City, supplying capital market services for rapidly growing Asian and European SME companies in the United States. He has been responsible for corporate strategy, new business
development, market entry as well as investor relations. Steve has extensive professional experience in equity financing via going public and reverse takeover structures, pre-IPO investment scenarios in terms of premier North American stock exchanges and US-based institutional investors.

Besides providing access to liquidity and capital raising solutions, Steve is also regularly consulted by both public and private corporations in the SME funding arena globally with regards to business development, investor relations and networking strategies.

Currently based in Dubai, UAE, Steve sits on the boards of successful crypto firms and venture backed Web3 startups.
